Illuminating the truth: Visualizing the Crisis of the Missing People in Mexico
My undergraduate project aims to shed light on the serious issue of missing people in Mexico through a comprehensive and visually compelling approach. UNCOVER.MEX's mission is to raise awareness, inspire empathy and drive action by presenting the stark reality of this crisis in an accessible and impactful way.
Storytelling through data is a fundamental aspect of this project, influencing both the design of the infographics and the development of the scrollytelling website. By transforming raw data into compelling narratives, I aim to make the complex issue of missing people in Mexico both accessible and emotionally resonant for a wide audience.
